DO NOT BUY. I purchased two different cameras from Maizic (Mini Batman and Mini FX), and both have been a nightmare.
1. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE: The power adapters provided with these cameras are extremely low quality and are a legitimate fire hazard. Two adapters failed and partially melted/shorted out, requiring me to hire an electrician (costing an extra ₹1,000) to secure my home's wiring. This is not just a "defective" product; it is a safety risk to your family.
2. HARDWARE DEFECTS: Both cameras developed motor and lens issues within weeks. The "1-year warranty" promised is a complete lie.
3. FRAUDULENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Attempting to get support is impossible. Their official email (contact@maizic.com) is full and bounces all messages with "Error 522." When I finally reached them on WhatsApp, they refused to honor the warranty and then blocked my number once I asked for an Amazon refund.
4. UNREACHABLE SELLER: They are currently lying on the Amazon portal, providing phone numbers that do not receive messages just to stall the A-to-z claim process.
Save your money and your home. Avoid Maizic Smarthome at all costs. I have filed a formal safety report with Amazon and the National Consumer Helpline.
