    WORST product to go by their claims. They claim to have a comfortable dual hardness/softness. But it is super soft on both sides and causes back pain. Worst part is they don't offer any return/refund/replacement service on the product. The company's warranty policy is also very dubious. It is total waste of money.

    Now about the mattress it looks good, thickness is also fine. Soft enough for back support. I am writing this review as Im lying on that mattress, I think it can be fruitful for my back pain as it feels quite comfortable , not very soft not very hard but I will update my review after using it for couple of months. Well yeah you can go for it if you are looking for something for pain relief.
    Now I have noticed two holes in the mattress which was unexpected but Im not returning it as packing it and returning it can be hectic! I have no problem with it. Apart from that it’s a happy purchase! 😁😁😁

    UPDATED REVIEW AFTER USING IT 2 MONTHS I AM GOING TO SELL IT, IT DOESNT PROVIDE GOOD SUPPORT TO YOUR SPINE, ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE BOTH SUFFERING FROM DORSAL SPINE ACHE!
