I've only had it for about a week or so but setting it up and folding it away only takes about a minute, it does exactly what it says it does and is very convenient. Realigning the pad is straightforward and pausing/resuming is very quick and convenient, especially as someone who uses it primarily whilst gaming.
The only two downsides are:
1) Very heavy: It weighs over 30kgs and hence neither my sister nor mother feel comfortable moving it around to set it up. It does have wheels on the back but if you're trying to prop it up somewhere or get through a carpet, you may have to lift in some parts and it can be quite a hassle if you're not comfortable with heavy lifts.
2) The arm bars need to be pulled out both for walk and run mode (left on the floor at walk mode though). Pulling them out isn't too bad but it's quite hard to push them back in. Seems like you need to get the sweet spot angle or it'll be a clunky experience of wiggling it to get it back down.
Both of the downsides are minor at best and everything else is great. As an extra note, to unlock a walk speed faster than 3km/h, you need to walk on it for at least a km. Afterwards, you'll be able to raise the walk speed to 6km from them onwards. Once the 6km/h is unlocked, it's unlocked forever.
