How to Erase and Clean Infinote Pages?
When it’s time to clean your Infinote, we suggest that you use the moist microfiber cloth. We do not recommend using the pen’s eraser, as it can scratch off the coating of the page if used aggressively.
How to Care for Your Infinote?
The Infinote Original’s and Executive can be erased ~100 times, while Classic can be ~10 times. After erasing the pages there may be some faint imprints caused by the pen when writing. Due to the nature of paper, indentations may occur from the pressure you use when writing. While we say ~ 100/10 times, that is only an estimate. It’s possible to erase your Infinote more than that.
Receiving a Defective or Damaged Product?
Our team work tirelessly to make certain any Infinote product that leaves our warehouse is up to our standards. If you, for whatever reason, are to receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our team thru email or whatsapp and we will be happy to do whatever it takes to set things right!
Do the pages tear?
Infinote Stone paper is much more difficult to tear and will generally stretch before it tears, but glides like scissors or a knife on a butter.
Does the pen need refills?
Yes the pen are refillable and refills are available in our website or any stationary shop near you.
How to Get Your Pen Writing Properly?
Pen are retractables and all you have to do is click the clip on the side of the pen down towards nib. If your pen appears to have run out of ink, it could be that it was exposed to heat at some point. The ink is heat sensitive. Sometimes popping it into the freezer for an hour and then scribbling will get the ink to flow again! If not, check your refill and change it
WRITE, ERASE, and REUSE. One Infinote does the job of many notebooks. Use the included erasable pen to jot down your notes. Erase by simply wiping clean with a wet cloth. The tough stone paper notebook can be reused several times over!
