Good Size and Highly Recommend
I am writing this review after about 10months of regular usage. I bake cake/ breads regularly and this mould seems to make my bake too good. Till now no scrath and coating peel off complaint. Proper greasing and use of parchment paper at the base before putting the mixture into it will definitely increase the life of the coating. No problems even at high temperatures. Till now all my bakes have come out successfully. While cleaning if any residue remains in the container do not try to scrap it with any metal objects or sharp object. Just pour some water and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Scrub with a cloth or sponge scrub pad and not with hard scrub pads. The hard ones can make scratches and coating might start to peel off. Once again I will say, proper greasing is a must for any baking. Once you learn to do so your baking skills will peak.
