    I saw my friend use the bottle and immediately i liked it and ordered for my son but the bottle seems defective or some issue the bottle even after closing tightly keeps leaking everyday my childs books got wet and spoilt i thought my son didnt close it properly later after few days i realised the bottle knob doesnt turn properly to its closed fitting manner as its supposed to fit so the issue is with the bottle cap not closing properly due to which it keeps leaking the complete purchase of this bottle is a waste of money for me as its expensive if this is the quality they provide.

    Now that its a used product neither can i return it nor keep it complete waste of money

    I'm changing my review to 5 star.Actually after giving 2 rating I was contacted by the seller and Ms. Komal she asked me to share photos of bottle and also about the issue of water leakage I faced with bottle. In 7-10 days I received new bottle cap and the issue got resolved.
    This is a ist time experience wherein a seller is checking the reviews and thereafter contacts the customer and resolves the issue.
