I tried mountain climbers, jumping jacks, planks, and push ups and in all these exercises the mat stayed firm without sliping. Thats something I really liked because it makes workouts safer and more comfortable. The cushioning is 6mm thick, feels balanced, not too soft or too hard, so even during planks and push ups my wrists didnt feel strained. The size is spacious enough for movement, and its easy to roll and carry. They also included a bag to carry it around which is useful. One more good thing no rubber smell at all, which is comon in new mats. Only small thing is that I picked a very light color, so it tends to get dirty quickly but thats on me. Overall very happy with the gym mat.

    No Proper Grip on floor

    Color is good and the top grip is good.
    But on the other side, grip on the floor is bad. Even if I move slightly the mat is moving and getting bumps in the middle of the mat while doing asanas, this is bad!
    And the mat is not properly aligning with the floor. I think worst purchase. And there is no option to return.

    I bought 500rs yoga mat in the local store and gave me good grip. Seems like I should go back to this mat only.

    The yoga mat is really very good in terms of quality and comfort. However, I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive the carry bag as mentioned in the product description. I requested a replacement twice just to get the bag, but still didn’t receive it. Since the mat is quite heavy, the carry bag is essential for portability. I even contacted Amazon customer care multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I sincerely request that the carry bag be sent as promised.
