The things I considered before purchase: * No mixing of water: I didn’t want a purifier with a TDS controller that mixes impure water just to adjust TDS, which fails the purpose of having a water purifier * 2-year unconditional warranty – warranty is a must these days but very few brands like Native actually offer it with no questions asked. Other brands have too many t&cs * Design: honestly, no one really talks about design when it comes to purifiers, but yes Native has those brownie points for classic and stylish design * Service Network: urban company is famous for services and as expected, technician came the next day and he was very very professional Experience after use: * Water taste – great taste and water quality, I didn’t expect it to be this good, to be honest * Installation service – as expected, Urban Company sets the bars here. Pretty quick, neat and informational. * Design – physically it looks even better than the images! They also gave a TDS meter and sedimentation filter, very rarely I saw a sedimentation filter coming in with the machine at this price range.     I recently got the Native M0 and until now, I’m very happy with my purifier.

    Installation & Service:
    The delivery happened in 2 days. The installation was quick too. The technician came in a day, installed it neatly so the pipes weren't hanging around, and even showed me the TDS reading before and after.

    Water Quality:
    The water tastes amazing. I can actually feel the difference compared to my old purifier. Everyone at home now prefers this water!

    Build Quality:
    The purifier looks sturdy and modern. It doesn’t take up too much space, and the design gives the premium feel. My friends even asked about it. The little lights on the front remind me of Wall-E!

    Final Verdict:
    If you want a purifier that gives you great-tasting water and looks good, the Native M0 RO is a perfect choice.

    The RO professional who came showed me how to check TDS (A TDS meter came with my purchase) and explained the features. I liked that the RO doesn’t mix untreated water, something my last one did through the MTDS feature. This RO has no MTDS feature so all water is pure and remineralised properly.

    The design is beautiful and compact, fits perfectly in the corner. Water tastes great too despite there being no MTDS.
