Dr. Sheweta Mudgil is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy and Food Technology, Mansinhbhai Institute of Dairy and Food Technology, Mehsana, Gujarat. She was awarded Sir C.V. Raman Scholarship for her doctorate research.
