As first time dumbbell buyer it is good for me and for beginners I think is value for money thodi bahut smell aati hai or hath me kala dag ho jata hai but ye sab to thik ho jata hai after some days beginners can definitely buy it

    Ideal for home work out . made up of good quality rubber plates instead of plastic plates filled with sands or cement Iron plates are the best for gym not for the home or ur floor . If u drop the plates or accidentally it falls off your hand it wont damage your floor .

    Edit in 2023 : still using the whole setup for more than 6 years. It gets rust easily so try to keep them in dry place . After Clean they r again like new ones. You can put 3 plates on either side of the rod.

    Decent enough for me, could be because this was my first time buying dumbells. The rods are a bit longer so they touch sometimes, the smell lasts for a very long time. The weights are not even and the rubber crumbles. So it all depends on buyer's preference, if your okay with the above mentioned drawbacks then go for it. I've used it for 5 months now and I can tell you I'm not really sure how long it will last.
