    This is an excellent and comfortable recliner and having powered controls makes all the difference. However, in just 15 days of use a kind noise developed whole reclining and using the movements which is unpleasant. I raised complaint through Amazon I was very happy the two calls were made by the seller and impressive talks but unfortunately it has been 10 days passed no action taken and i believe kind a misleading words so service zero. So I have deducted two stars .
