DO NOT BUY!!!! MANIPULATIVE WARRANTY SCAM
Wakefit warranty claim process is utterly flawed. Its a marketing scam. Do not buy.
Note: the support team is really kind and compassionate. But it's their company policy that is ridiculous.

10 months after purchase, we noticed one side of the mattress being way too soft than the other. Everytime we slept, it felt like we were falling to the side. This resulted in severe back pain. We tried flipping the mattress and even rotating it for over 5 times in the last to months. No use as the issue still persisted.
Finally, I put a warranty claim with Wakefit and here's how it went.
January 18, 2022-
Upon discussing with wakefit support team, I was advised to upload pictures of the place where it was soft along with the length and breadth of the mattress using a measuring tape. I was confused as it's not possible to show how one side is wayyy too soft than the other.
Nevertheless, I did exactly what was asked after removing all the covers the mattress had. 1 photo and 2 videos were made.
1st time- Uploaded the files and was told they cannot receive it due to file size.
2nd time- resized the files to less than 10mb combined and reuploaded. Still they kept saying they didn't receive the video.
3rd time- reuploaded each video at a time based on Wakefit support team advise. Still they claimed files were not received.
4th time- uploaded them on their given WhatsApp number. Successful!
Finally, they call me and say the pictures are not clear and asked to re upload new set of pictures.
So, after some struggle, I took the mattress out into my living room after removing all its layers all over again, for pictures.
January 30, 2022-
Wakefit support team calls me to inform the warranty cannot be claimed as the shrinkage is only 1". I was confused as the original claim was about their mattress getting too soft on side compared to the other. I also told them to send a technical person or have this shipped to them for inspection. The team disagreed on both as they dont have any such policy. Which again is not my problem.
In its entirety, I was manipulated by requesting pictures of shrinkage when my complaint was not about shrinkage but the mattress getting too soft on one side. It can only be felt when one sleeps or sits on the side having this issue.
Then they had me do all this circus of taking the same pictures and uploading them over and over again only to let me down after nearly 2 weeks of back and forth.
DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESS IF WARRANTY MATTERS TO YOU. You are only good as long as the mattress holds up well. Once that ends, you are by yourself with nobody to help other than wasting your time.
