The material of the mat is very good .. it makes the yoga so comfortable… The orange is so good . Non slippery and high quality .. you can use the mat both the side … Highly recommend.. worth the money

    Why did you pick this product vs others?:
    In the paper thickness is 6 mm, in real it is 4 mm, other dimensions are ok, quality is good.

    It does not skid, its thick enough to cushion wrists during plank-based workouts or jumping exercises, i prefer my yoga mats to be longer, so i find this size perfect for me ( I am around 5ft 5'), i have been using this mat for couple of months, its holding up pretty good, i am just not sure how scratch resistant its going to be but i try my best to be careful with it, the bag it comes with makes storing it easy. I am quite satisfied with my buy.
