It gives me a good grip in gym and the best part is as I increase weight on bars, it gives me more grips on it . And the second thing is that In comparison of metal hook design , I don't loose my natural grip strength. And one more thing the image of product in Amazon looks like that these are made up of clothes especially the grip area but actually it is rubber coated foam I gess. The grip pada are thik and they gives my palm protection against hardning of skin from the bars while using it. The part on wrist also gives me good support while doing exercises. In short it's a good combination of, Lifting strap, gym gloves and wrist support.

    They make good belts but horrible straps

    I have been using their belt since 2019 till date henfe tried straps. They are first of all very hard and very difficult to bend and don't get easier. Seem to have been approved by a businessperson and not someone who deadlifts or lifts. The worst part is one side grips less than the other and slips out mid workout. The grip isn't equally strong on both side. This caused a lower back pull for me while deadlifting which hasn't happened in years and I ended up 4 days out of the gym and visiting the physio. Realised in the next week that one side it was slipping constantly. This is awfully designed. Buy aprodo belts any day, but avoid this strap.

    Thickness of the grip is TOO MUCH. It needs to be THINNER !!!!

    I do not think that this product will do well for people like me who have medium size hands.

    The reason is that the grip is very thick and so it does not properly roll around the bar.
    So the thick padding will actually prevent you from squeezing your hands on the bar and you will feel more uncomfortable while holding the bar.

    There is no need for so much padding as grips are mainly being used for pulling movements like deadlifts and pull-ups and not push movements.

    If the thickness of the grip is reduced to half then these will be really good for all hand sizes.
    The quality of the stitching and the rubber used in the grip are good though.
