    It's only been a week that I have been using this and I am already having regrets.
    Why didnt I buy this earlier? This Robot Vacuum + Mop is super convenient.
    I recommended it to all my friends and cousins with photos.

    This robot, we named Wall-E, has easily been one of the best recent purchases. I have been eyeing this ever since my mother developed pain in her feet, post covid quarantine when house help was not allowed into her apartments.
    But even the dedicated househelp, do need their days off rest, as we all do.

    And that's when the Dreame D9 comes into it's comfort zone.
    Caution we need to first give it a day or two retries to map and mark the no go zone.
    PROS:
    – Excellent little 10cm helper that keeps running around once we have the cleaning schedule and areas defined.
    – The way it programs and a the mapping technology is amazing, once you have setup the app, it guides you through the process
    – Then the use is a breeze.
    – Good suction power.
    – Amazing battery life.
    – Very effective LIDAR performance.
    – has multi floor mapping feature to program different floors.
    – Especially you can set it to clean early morning or when very few people are around, so it can do the cleaning by itself.
    – You can send virtual walls to safeguard the little robot.

    Note:
    – But the first week you need to monitor to identify potential hazards.
    – One day it just went over the entrance into the corridor, so we need to identify potential no-go-zones.
    – You must frequently clean the vacuum box, and any hairs entangled in it's little legs (rollers)
    – Alternate days cleaning in my case as we have a daily house help too. But if you have pets that shed you may need to clean daily. Cleaning is easy as the cleaning brush it provided with the vacuum compartment.
    – You must wipe and keep the sensors and the charging points clean.

    Cons:
    – Easily gets scratched when it tries to go under chairs that are the exact height
    – Cannot climb or descent floors. but has multi-floor mapping tech upto 3 floors.
    – Amazon Alexa should have been enabled via the Alexa TV instead of a separate Alexa device. But yet worth it.

    Easily worth every rupee spent on it. Even after the maid cleans it can pick out dust if you set the vacuum twice option,

    worked for first 2 months flawlessly, then, a string of problems are continuously coming.

    Battery is not an issue, neither the house mapping, but the durability of this. This robot cleaner screams loud when it works. It's not the rubber protector, it's not the vacuum sucker, it not even the mode, its a mechanical fault and this is a serious issue, and even after complaining 4-5 times, they are saying it's our fault to not maintain it.

    I got new parts for it, and still the problem is exactly the same as it was. I cleaned it after every cleaning job, but no effect on it. Please see the attached images:

    -The photo in which blackish liquid- those photos are the one which show its efficiency. After putting it to vacuum, and then 2times mopping by robot, we put some normal water on floor and took a wiper and wiped. And you see the results. After its cleaning, floor just LOOKS good, but it is not.

    -The video in which it's making soo much sound.

    Its a pathetic device, and the brand also doesn't help much. PLEASE take this SERIOUSLY, this is NOT A JOKE.

    Pros:
    For me it worked well in the starting 2months. It charged well, worked for fair amount of hours.
    It cleaned well firstly.

    BUT
    Cons:
    I do not need to explain this, the whole review is about it. DREAME is not helping us. AMAZON, all hopes from you.

    Vengo de un Cecotec Conga 5290 que murió derrepente, siempre daba algún problema sobre todo la app.
    Sin embargo el Dreame D10s le saca mucha distancia en todo. Es mas potente en succión (no he usado el modo mopa de fregado aún), la autonomía es x4 en comparación y el funcionamiento en general es muy superior. 100% recomendable.
    Lo uso en una vivienda de 204m útiles y el robot hace un área de limpieza de 147m en un tiempo de 127 minutos y le queda un 28% de batería aprox. En modo "fuerte" de aspiración (+ turbo en alfombras) y con un plan programado de orden de estancias y horario. Lo uso 2 días a la semana y perfecto (2 convivientes sin mascotas).
    Buenos acabados del robot, metodo de limpieza del aparato, de filtro, de depósito… se podría decir que es algo estético al ser blanco, pero un poco mas grande que los demás. No hace mucho ruido en modo "fuerte", en "normal" (que aspira justito) no hace apenas ruido.

    Without the application running on your phone this robot loses a lot of functionality, like room mapping etc.

    When logging into the app it tries to download a plug-in for the robot, but fails. It failed on two different phones and the app has been deleted and reinstalled. So that is the end of that really, this robot is not fit for purpose because the software simply doesn’t work. I haven’t even managed to test it. It is like buying a car which arrives with no key.

    Oh and the customer support from Dreame is terrible, chatbot on the website prompts me to look at buying a robot lawnmower after trying to tell it that I need help with the app.

    O robô é bom, aspira bem e é relativamente fácil de usar. Eu tenho um gato que solta bastante pelo, e o robô aspira muito bem o parquet e o piso da cozinha. Gostei pois não enrosca pelos na escova, meu gato tem pelo curto. Ele também passa mopa, o que garante uma limpeza perfeita quando usado com produtos de limpeza adequados para robô. O ruído não é alto, a bateria tem boa durabilidade e é suficiente pra limpar dois quartos, cozinha, hall e corredor. Inclusive a bateria aguenta limpar esses ambientes uma vez aspirando e outra passando mopa, ou seja, o robô percorre duas vezes todos os ambientes citados e termina ainda com cerca de 35% de carga. Não testei ele em tapete.

    A configuração da APP é pouco intuitiva. Depois de configurado a App é relativamente fácil de usar, poderia melhorar em alguns aspectos, mas atende bem ao que se propõe.

    Seria melhor se acompanhasse o produto ao menos um kit de substituição das escovas e mopa, mas deve comprar a parte.

    Por enquanto estou satisfeito e recomendo.
