    I have purchased it past month and writing the review after using it extensively. The can say the product is impressive. It's strong but not to the level of standing to wrestling on the bed. It's sturdy to the support of bedding. The only minus I observed is the plank or surface plate should be provided for bedding. Because normal gadda beds don't work, it requires a hard support for it. The delivery was good but there was bent on the one of the stacks on bedding. But it didn't give any kind of disturbance or trouble for support. Therefore it is worth buying. Space saving, no noise, ease of movement.

    Too small to be a double bed – Poor service and support

    Bed size is too small to be called as a double bed. It should be called a single bed. The return is very very prolonged process as it requires self shipping. And in my case the seller address was not serviced by most of the transporters. Replacement with a large size bed is not possible. So I had to ship it back to seller over DTDC at very high price due to remote location of Seller Sabi Wabi Ventures Ltd. Got refund from Honey Touch after 32 days.

    Very very poor service and support from Amazon.

    I have been following up almost every day with Amazon customer care, but not getting any support. After 32 days I got part refund (24K) cost of bed. Thanks to Honey Touch for this.

    However Amazon had promised me since day-1 that they will refund the self shipping cost borne by me (INR 12K self shipping expenses). But now they are denying this. They are saying it's a third party serviced product and they can't help and I need to approach the seller Honey Touch. And Honey Touch says they can't refung shipping charges as it's beyond their policy. Feeling really betrayed. Great lesson learnt – Don't go for any large appliance purchase over Amazon. And the customer support of Amazon is ready really pathetic. I have been asked to wait for another 14 days to get any resolution from Amazon. At least Honey Touch was much better and professional.
