Beautiful and very sharp grater. Can be used for neatly grating carrots or potatoes without smashing the material being grated. Have to be amply careful whilst grating and not hold your fingers anywhere in the path of the grater as this is no ordinary grater and will easily slice your fingers with CLEAN SHAVINGS OFF YOUR FINGERS IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL.
