Third class product. Firstly, when I received the product, the parts were damaged and so I placed an exchange. In the exchanged Delhivery, also the wheel part of the bike was kind of damaged. But I really needed the product, so I decided to keep it as it wasn’t going to make a huge difference. There were no details how to assemble the bike properly, so I have to watch YouTube video to assemble the bike. While the assembly, I realise that there are a lot of things wrong with the bike. The nuts that were given were not compatible with the product. The bike is very uncomfortable to sit on. It is a terrible product and when you cycle, you keep on hearing weird noises from it as if the bike is going to break down at any moment. While I’m cycling after even five minutes, nuts are coming off. The paddles are loosening up. I also noticed black powdered dust coming off from the bike, like where I have kept it, I can see black dust falling off it, and even my socks are getting black in colour. It is a very horrible product. They are selling it at a very cheap price during sales and everything, but I would suggest to invest in a good bike of. At least you know 12 to 15 K. This is a very cheap and unsafe product. The Power makes people reached to me via email after like 2 to 3 weeks of product delivery stating that they couldn’t reach me on the phone, so they are emailing me and if I need to book a service, I will have to call them and the service in the sense the assembly and it is not free. You will have to pay ₹500 for the assembly separately in person. As of today, I have called them twice, and they have told me that the technician would come. But no one has arrived till now. The product is horrible. Do not purchase.
