Sept 7 update: it's still going good no issues till now. Received the product in 2 days, easy to install literally don't have to do anything for installing. The display is cute and easy to operate. While using doesn't make much noise and is still while operating at high speed. Also has wheels so you can move this easily around after folding. It looks slim and elegant. Overall quiet happy with the product. Would like to mention there was a minor damage to one side of footer which was replaced with new when informed to the sparnod service. They couriered it. The support was prompt and smooth. Had a good experience while interacting with the support executive named Jaya. Post the delivery Sparnod reached out to me for checking if I am facing any issue with installation and the product. And when reported they had taken action immediately. Satisfied with the service also.

    It’s very easy to install. You just need someone to help you take out the machine from the carton. After that there really isn’t much to do. Took us 5 minutes to unbox and be ready to use.
    The machine is heavy and sturdy. It’s also very stylish and sleek. Takes less space. Easy to use. I don’t usually use prebuilt programs so no comment on that. Tracks steps, calories burnt, time.

    I have been using this for a few weeks , works well so far with light use. The product is lighter and more space efficient than my earlier piece . You will need to keep it lubricated , once every two weeks. Operation is reasonably less noisy for a machine in its weight range. Someone reached out to me from the merchant side on Whatsapp and has been quite helpful.
    The only issue is the lack of a safety feature. In vertical state, once you release the lock , there is no hydraulic machinery to control the drop and you have to hold the top and make it come down, if accidentally released this may cause serious harm.

    Sparnod STH 3300 is a good product, once folded it does not take up space in home and can be easily stored, when not on use.

    The motor is silent and does not make more noise.

    You will have to oil the belt regularly with silicone oil for good maintaining

    After 30 -35 mins run you will have to stop and let the motor cool down for 15 mins and then reuse.

    The service network is through whatsapp

    Overall a good product for home use

    Only issue is that one side of the screw is broken and thus difficult to move…. am in talks with the company – hoping for a quick resolution.

Our home is rather small but still we could accommodate this at the corner by our refrigerator. the built quality is decent. Only negative i could think of – The packing could have been better. Loose knob at the left almost broken due to transit. Overall, a decent and powerful machine.

    Its now 2.5 months since i had bought it, I was 111 kg.

    Has a good quality , The belt width is more than enough. Not take space especially after folding , easy to fold and unfolding.

    Responsive technicians.
    The only issue you may face is adjusting the belt , it may shift little to left or to right, but its easily can be adjusted by the allen key. The technician just sent me a video by whats app to help in this. You will need from time to time to recenter it. The manual illustrate it well too.

    Am now 99kg , and the machine is also happy for that.
