    Good steel Pan. (24inches) For frying भींड़ी it doesn't get burnt or sticky. Easy to clean. But should be cooked in low to medium flame . In the beginning of one or two use , shining stays intact but after using for many times it looses it luster. Otherwise its good. Price is very expensive. Heavy . Sturdy. The steel lid is really very nice , very handy. It's durable.

    I was already using a kadaai from same brand which I had got from a local shop as shopkeeper insisted. Stahl kadai is awesome my mom loves it. As Amazon is offering best prize I didn't think twice before I purchased it. Fry pan is also as good as kadai. Quality is premium. Its very durable. From making vegies to frying chicken it does fantastic job with lesser oil. Only caution is use it with low flame. If you are looking for durable and sturdy product go ahead and buy it.
