    Useful for FINAL roasting of paneer/chicken tikka AFTER cooking it on pan/oven. gives it a smokey flavor. Not sure how long it will last as it seems delicate.

    The delivered product was off smaller size 7.3 inch instead of 9 inch. The product quality also was inferior to what is displayed on the product page. Packaging was pathetic with bent stand, had to fix it myself. I have returned the product. I request Amazon to take care of info on product page.
