I was interested in buying a lot of your products as quality of a saucepan I bought sometime back impressed me much but this stupid act of sending a already broken thing has greatly discouraged me. I'm not returning it as I have decided not to buy Cookware online.Thank you.

    This is an excellent pan if you know how to use stainless steel. I have seen many reviews stating that it sticks. However, if you heat it up first, turn it down, add the oil and give it 10 seconds before adding the food there is no problem at all. I think many of the bad reviews of such pans are by people who are used to Teflon non-stick pans and don't know how to use stainless steel.
